Nóri and Tomi decided that before officially tying the knot in front of my camera, they’d like to take some creative wedding photos.
However, the photoshoot turned out to be a bit unconventional as they asked if we could mix it up by including a few family photos with their child. I happily agreed, as unique occasions always lead to unique photographs. Capturing moments with children and their parents always results in special, joyful images!
Little Tomi had a fantastic time, happily playing in front of the camera. I was also thrilled that the couple took my advice and brought the grandmother along, as otherwise, they wouldn’t have had a single photo taken just the two of them.
When it comes to photographing children, I believe the key is not to “pose” them. Let the child play, act naturally, and once they feel comfortable, those beautiful, candid shots emerge—making the photoshoot a timeless memory.
These days, wedding photography can easily be combined with a family or child photoshoot, creating a perfect blend of celebration and connection.
